Our answering machine is always on when the Library is closed, so messages can be left. Our email address is for all staff, so if you wish to direct your email to a specific staff member, please include the name in the subject line.

RENEWALS

If you cannot make it in to the Library to renew materials, you can call or email the information to us. It is helpful if you include your name, Library card number, title of the material you wish to renew, and bar code number. The bar code number is on a sticker usually located in the upper left hand corner of the back cover of a book, and in various locations in other materials.

INTERLIBRARY LOAN

To make an interlibrary loan request for a book or a magazine article we do not carry in our collection, you can email, call, or fill out an ILL Request Form at the Library. Please include as much of  the following information as possible:

Your Name
Library Card Number
Telephone Number
As much information about the book or article as you have (Title, Author, Publisher, Date)
Not wanted after (date)

Most materials take at least 1 to 2 weeks to receive, some longer. We will contact you as soon as we receive and process the material. Interlibrary loan is a free service, but we do request a donation of the postage price to return the material to the lending library.
