Food Vendor Application
Registration fee of $25 to be paid with submission of application
This outdoors festival will be held from 10am – 4pm on at Cider Hill Farm on Route 220 in Waldoboro. Vendors may begin setting up at 8:30AM on that day. Electricity is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces will be assigned only after receipt of the registration fee.
Vendors are responsible for setting up and bringing tables, chairs, booths, etc. If using electricity, you must bring your own heavy duty extension cords and adapters. Vendors are responsible for cleaning and sweeping their areas and removing debris after the festival has ended.
You will receive email confirmation of the received application and fee. Within a few days prior to the festival, you will receive notification of the location of your ‘spot.’
