Thanks to a generous patron, the library now has passes to the Maine Maritime Museum. One pass is allowed per day to admit up to eight individuals of a single family group. Children under 17 are always receive free museum admission and do not count toward the eight person total. The museum is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thanks to Plein Air Painters- The Real Thing, the library has passes to the Farnsworth Museum to check out for patrons in good standing. Patrons may check out two passes per party.
The library has a pass to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens as a perk for established patrons who are in good standing. It will be available to one family or pair of adults per day. Borrowers are limited to one use per month, with first-time users having priority over those who have had a turn, so as many as possible may enjoy this benefit.
